The filter materials used for the initial filtration are all standard SUS316L, which will not cause chemical reactions such as corrosion or particle formation.

The moisture content in highly corrosive special gases such as HBr and HCl can be removed up to a maximum of 100PPB (detection limit of the analytical device).

The GP-05 model, which is small and lightweight, is the same size as the filter (84mm in length) and weighs only 120g.

According to different gas types, the heating reactivation treatment at 350 ℃ -400 ℃ can be reused multiple times within its service life.
